Staining caused by pillows and/or clothing fabrics is not a defect in the upholstery material. Variations in color and texture are typical of this product and do not constitute grounds for a complaint. The combined effects of pressure, heat, and/or moisture can cause the pile to shift to a greater or lesser extent (pressure marks). This phenomenon, known as “seat wear” or “use patina,” is a characteristic feature of the upholstery and does not constitute a reduction in quality. Pilling is unavoidable and may also result from the adhesion of foreign fibers. Note: Contrasting-color seams are permitted only on approved models.

Please note that the colors shown may differ from the original.
