Due to the typical properties of the product and its use, flat-woven fabrics tend to develop a certain fuzziness, which can lead to the formation of small knots (pilling). Likewise, foreign fibres may adhere to the material. Any pills that form can be removed with a lint remover. This fibre characteristic does not entitle you to make a complaint. Colour transfer from cushions and/or clothing fabrics is not a defect of the upholstery material. Variations in colour and texture are typical of the product and do not entitle you to make complaints. The interaction of pressure, heat, and moisture can lead to varying degrees of pile displacement (pressure marks). This phenomenon, known as seating marks or usage luster, is a characteristic property of the upholstery and does not represent a reduction in quality.
