Atmosphere

Colour transfer from cushions and/or clothing fabrics is not a defect of the upholstery material. Variations in colour and texture are typical of the product and do not justify complaints. The interaction of pressure, heat and/or moisture can lead to more or less pronounced pile displacement (pressure marks). This phenomenon, known as a seating sheen or wear sheen, is a product-typical characteristic of the upholstery and does not represent a reduction in quality. Attention: Contrasting stitching only for approved models.
